We have a wide assortment of olive oils that are infused with flavor, and there are two ways in which the oils combine with other flavors:
Fused: To make these oils, the olive mill we use crushes just-picked olives right along with perfectly ripe, fresh produce. The oil is immediately fused with flavor and takes on some of the natural color from its co-crushee. There is an exact recipe to follow to get the right ratio of flavors, and no artificial flavors, colors or additional ingredients are used. Our fused oils are a labor of love!
Infused: Our infused olive oils are combined with natural, pure essential oils to incorporate additional flavor. These oils are outstanding and add incredible flavor to any dish. They contain no artificial flavors, colors or additional ingredients.
